Outeroutes is looking for a yoga instructor to join our team during the upcoming camps in 2021! You should be passionate about your craft and willing to work with students of all experience & fitness levels. Our ideal yoga teacher is certified in a variety of yoga methods and has worked as an instructor for several years. Experience with the styles Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow are a must, ideally you also  know how to give relaxing meditation and Yin classes. We want you to create fun and effective sessions and you must be responsive to the needs of our clients. You are organised, reliable and punctual. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Yoga and wants to become part of the Outeroutes family. We are a small team and during our camp weeks we give 110% in order to make our guests happy. We therefore need someone who is willing to support us as well in our daily tasks in the villa (specifics to be discussed).

Duties and Responsibilities

• 1-2 classes (1.5h each) daily. 5 Days per week
• Ensure the yoga room is set up correctly for class
• Lead students on proper breathing techniques and poses
• Document student attendance
• Keep accurate records on student yoga goals and progress
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to covid-19 standards

Additional Duties

• Help with daily tasks during our camp week, if required (e.g. setting up for meals, cleaning, etc., details to be discussed)

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum age 20+ years
• Valid Yoga teacher certification
• Completion of a 200-hour Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga training course
• At least 2 years of Yoga instructor experience
• Friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
