Our villa is located in Luey, a short drive from the beach and San Vicente de la Barquera. The adventures offered will be co-hosted by our friends at Merón Surf School and Potes Aventura. Merón Surf School will be our main partner when it comes to all water sports, and Potes Aventura when it comes to mountain activities!
The proximity of everything is one of the things that make this place so unique. No matter what you want to do, you can do it all from just one home base!
The house boasts a total of 6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 3 spacious common areas and great outdoor areas where you can relax and take in the surroundings.
The common areas are beautifully decorated and accommodate your every relaxing need! Fireplaces and big sofas have your name written all over them. Kick back with a nice book or board game and share some of your outdoor experiences accompanied by your favourite beverage and awesome people.

The double rooms offer more privacy and are an ideal option for couples or close friends.

The 3 person room boasts a double bed with an additional single.

Breakfasts are fueling and will prepare you for the active day ahead. We serve a healthy and tasty mix of fruity bowls, smoothies, good bread and daily specials.
Our lunches are designed to give your body what it needs to recover and feel good. The yummy lunch menu is best described as “comfort food” like pastas, salads, soups & more.
Dinner will always be a special event during your stay. The menu our chef puts together follows daily themes and will surprise you in its variety and excellence. A three course sit down dinner, made and served with passion.
Dietary requirements If you are allergic to something, or really do not like a particular item, no worries! We will cater to everybody’s needs, no questions asked. The Adventures
At Outeroutes we believe that you should have the freedom to design your perfect vacation. Whether you want a chilled week with Yoga and amazing food or to be active all day long and challenge yourself with new experiences, you can tailor your time with us as you like!
Our Yoga and Surf lessons are offered daily. All other adventures are available once during your week. We pick the best time and conditions and organise everything. All you have to do is let us know what you like and we take care of the rest.
To give you an example:
• 5 adventures are included in your base package
• Let’s say you want to surf 1x, try yoga 1x, go canyoning, join the sup tour and mountain hike. These total to 5 adventures and are included in your base package.
• If you then would like to join more adventures, you can let us know in the booking process or during your stay, and we’ll sort you out.
The closest airports are Bilbao and Santander. Shuttle transfers to and from these airports can be organized upon request. We recommend you book your tickets early to avoid unnecessary costs. If you prefer to take the bus from the airport, there are frequent connections to San Vicente. Check out the most popular service: alsa.com

Busses

During your free time you could also explore the area, something we definitely recommend! There are many hidden beaches, cliffs, forests and medieval towns to see. Cantabria isn’t huge and within an hours drive from the villa there is a lot to explore. You won’t regret it.
As per transportation. There are taxi services we work with that could pick you up and drive you. Upon availability, we could drive as well. If you’d like to explore places a bit further from the villa, daily car rentals aren’t all too expensive in Spain.
